1. Scope
Raaga POS is point-of-sale and retail management software. The business application is at app.raagapos.com; raagapos.com provides public information about the service.
2. Accounts
Access is limited to users authorized by an organization administrator. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Raaga lawfully, without fraud, security circumvention or API abuse. Content you enter (products, prices, customers) remains your organization's responsibility.
4. Subscriptions and Raaga entities
Advanced features may require a paid subscription to Raaga. Subscription or add-on payments are collected by Raaga via the payment methods shown (PayPal, etc.).
5. Client Raaga remote payments
When a merchant enables remote payment (Client Raaga Android), customer payments are collected on the merchant's account (PayPal Business, CinetPay or other enabled method). Raaga provides technical infrastructure; the merchant remains responsible to end customers for sales, delivery and tax compliance.
6. PayPal Business connection
The "Connect PayPal" feature lets a merchant link a PayPal Business account via PayPal OAuth. By using it, you authorize Raaga to receive the identifiers needed to collect Client Raaga orders, within the scopes requested on PayPal.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support: contact@raagapos.com or your Raaga integrator.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Raaga is not liable for indirect losses, network outages or disputes between merchants and end customers. Liability is limited to fees paid to Raaga for subscription in the prior twelve months, where applicable.
9. Governing law
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Burkina Faso. Courts in Ouagadougou shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rules.
