1. Data controller
Raaga POS ("Raaga", "we") operates the retail management platform available at app.raagapos.com and raagapos.com.

2. Data we collect
Depending on your role (admin, manager, operator, customer, courier), we may process: identity and contact details, account identifiers, order and payment data, in-app activity, delivery location when you choose delivery, and technical logs (IP address, device type, timestamps).
3. Purposes
Data is used to: provide and secure Raaga POS; manage accounts and authentication; process orders, deliveries and payments; generate receipts and analytics; provide support; comply with legal obligations.
4. Payments (PayPal, CinetPay, etc.)
Online payments may be processed by third-party providers (PayPal, CinetPay, mobile money operators). Raaga does not store full banking credentials. When you connect a PayPal Business account for remote checkout, we store the merchant identifier and email provided by PayPal via OAuth, with your consent on PayPal.
5. Data sharing
We may share data with: cloud hosts (Google Cloud, Firebase), payment providers, delivery partners when you choose delivery, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention and security
Data is kept as long as needed for the service and legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control, logging).
7. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, or object to certain processing, by emailing contact@raagapos.com.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The last update date is shown at the top. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current version.
